Our Story

H&H Law was founded on a simple conviction: that immigrants deserve counsel who truly understands their community, their language, and their goals — not a generalist firm that handles immigration as one of many practice areas.

Led by Attorney Austin Kim, H&H Law has served the Korean immigrant community of Orange County for over 20 years. Built on bilingual Korean-English counsel, the firm has grown into a deeply focused immigration practice in Southern California, with offices in Santa Ana and Seoul, Korea.

Why Immigration Only

In April 2026, H&H Law made a deliberate strategic decision: to focus exclusively on immigration law. No personal injury. No business disputes. No real estate. Every attorney hour at H&H Law is devoted to immigration — and that focus is reflected in the firm’s track record.
